I have hair down to my waist. I have thyroid problems and diabetes, my hair can get dry and very brittle. I started with the coconut formula. It helped with the breakage a bit but didn't seem to wet or feel "heavy". I found this formula by accident at my local Walmart. I am addicted! Less brittleness, the hair becomes softer, does not become greasy and does not weigh down. No problem in daily use. I only need about ten cents. My hair is the same length and reaches my waist. In 2 months I only used a quarter of the bottle. It was hard to find locally, but I found it at Revain for the same price. Make sure you always have a spare bottle with you. As for smell, there isn't much of it. I would say it's good for sensitive skin and I'm allergic to some.
