Very poor design

At first I thought this would be a great spare tire holder. After only a few trips to the lake house, this thing broke down. Nothing ever touched it and the pendant was never placed where it might touch. I am very grateful that I noticed it while washing and that it didn't fall off and cause a serious accident or worse. I strongly advise against staying away from this product. The manufacturer needs to rethink its design. Gruesome!

HEAVY DUTY - Thick galvanized steel trailer spare wheel carrier. Sturdy welded steel construction for trouble-free towing. Also very strong, unlikely to fall apart
