They arrived quickly and fit well. The photo doesn't show the length of the part that goes in the headphone and it's more than enough for the job. They are even slightly better than the ones that came with my BlueAnt. Considering how often I break them and have to replace them, I'm very satisfied. This is the first time I've replaced an ear hook rather than the whole unit (don't laugh!) and I'm really glad I found a way, and good at it!
