Update 5/15/202 - although my initial review suggested that this does indeed reduce the amount of litter in the home (that's still true) there is a problem. If your cat has an accident on the mat all bets will be void. After the accident I tried to clean it but it was difficult or tiny perforated lines and what I removed kept the smell. The cats then decided they had to scratch it and this material falls apart very easily. Now it doesn't look nice anymore and tears. It was good while it lasted. These things really reduce the amount of kitty litter that gets tracked around the house!
