Update 6/5/2020: I only gave this 4 stars a few weeks ago. Unfortunately, 2 serious defects have since been discovered. First, the earbuds get very hot in the ears when used for more than 10 minutes. They don't get hot, but warm and warm, causing my ears to get hot. The second problem is that now people are complaining that we have a bad connection and they can't hear me. As I intended to use them primarily for phone calls and not music, this is a deal breaker and I'm returning them to Revain. Considering this is my second attempt at getting working headphones, it looks like I'll have to shell out money for Apple Airpods. You seem to get what you pay for. There was an option with tech support but I figured cut my losses for now as I don't think tech support can do anything about mic overheating and misbehavior. I am very disappointed after so much optimism. I've wanted Apple Airpods for a long time, but the price is too high, but after buying various Bluetooth headphones last year that never fit my ears despite several silicone sizes, I thought I could splurge on Airpods. But then I saw this and all the great reviews about it. I decided that for the price it was definitely worth trying. My expectations were very simple - they had to fit my ears without feeling like they'd fall out (or actually would fall out), they should have decent range, have good sound, and people should be able to hear me without problems. They more or less meet all requirements. I mainly use them for hands-free calling, not listening to music. I wanted to leave my phone on the counter, move to another room and still stay connected. It has enough range that I can go to my bedroom or bathroom (I live in a big apartment, not a big house) without having to carry my phone around. They sit in my ears about the same as my wired Apple headphones. Everyone I've spoken to says they can hear me well and the sound is good. The sound quality is good for calls, but I don't think it's as good as my Apple wired headphones for music. But everyone has different expectations of good sound quality, so all I'm saying is that if you have reasonable expectations at this price point, you won't be disappointed. I'll put it this way: Apple's Airpods can't do much better in terms of sound to justify the extremely high price in comparison. My only complaint (and the reason I deducted a star) is that they're a little hard to come by. charging case. If you have hand lotion or wet/steamy hands, it's almost impossible to pull the headphones out without squeezing them to pick them up, which ends the call as the connect button is right where you have to grab it to get it to reach. from the case. The magnetic hold on them is very strong, which has its pros and cons. Even the body itself becomes very smooth and difficult to hold on to. I can't comment on the battery life as I don't use it much, but I've used it for a couple of calls for a total of about 2 hours and don't need to charge it. I've read that some users have experienced a sudden drop in battery life. If I experience this I will come back and update this review. Overall I think this compares very much, if not excelled, to the Apple Airpods.
