I really liked this microwave. It worked flawlessly until yesterday 03/16/2018. Then he just stopped heating, everything else worked, but nothing in it heated up. As he reportedly had a year of parts and labor, including house maintenance. I called the manufacturer's customer service and they asked me for a manufacture date. I looked at the back and told them it was made in November 2016. He then said there was nothing they could do as the warranty had expired! HUH only bought it on September 12, 2017. He is only six months and one day old. The support person said there was nothing they could do. See if you want to buy from this manufacturer? However. Revan was different. As Revain said, the warranty should start from the date of purchase, regardless of the date of manufacture. Revain guaranteed my microwave and sent me a new one. TO AMAZON!
