Don't waste your money! doesn't fit properly - difficult to insert - dangerous and dangerous to hold in nose especially if it doesn't fit. I have three pairs of the same size so I couldn't compare them to different sizes but once you put them up your nose you realize how dangerous it is that you can easily end up in the ER.
