I was looking for a gateway to add Wireguard VPN to my network. So far I've been running OpenVPN on a Synology NAS, but the speed was slow, so I added this device to my router and forwarded the WG port accordingly and configured the users. This device claims that Wireguard as a client provides up to 280 Mbit/s. . Since I'm mainly using it as a server, I can get max real-world speeds of up to 100Mbps with spikes of up to 120Mbps, which is half advertised, but it behaves like a server. Not that bad. Because this device only acts as a gateway, DDNS and other services are handled at the router level, so Brume simply acts as a VPN server. I don't need another Wi-Fi antenna (nor will I in this scenario). Incoming connections only.
