Great Little Dumbelss

Don't think for a moment you can't get in a good upper body workout using only 3Lb dumbells, I'm here to tell you straight up that you can and with marvelous results. I use these primarily for working my shoulders and back muscles and they work great. The trick is to do as many reps as possible "feel the burn" with controlled breaths. Really enjoying these as a nice new addition to my workouts.
