I had high hopes for this product. I bought two of these. One for each vehicle. We have longer SUVs so this was a good stop for our vehicles. Installation was easy. Basically, find your spot on the garage floor, squeeze the tire stopper firmly, and stand on it for a few seconds. After installation, the first problem was that the stop/hit was very low. We hardly noticed the stop in our cars, but once we got used to it, it worked well. Even before I buy, I worry about how these cleats will hold up to a regular concrete garage floor and how they will withstand moisture, cold, heat, snow and road debris. Short answer: they do NOT hold up well. Two weeks later, one of the stops lost all liability and was simply thrown in the trash. My fault for buying this. It's summer now, what about winter? The end result is a low quality product. Go to the industry catalog on the Internet and buy suitable tire stoppers / tire buffers. The reality is that you will most likely need to anchor yourself to the garage floor to do this properly.
