Update: I contacted Infusezen customer support and they were very responsive and helped resolve my issues. Although it didn't turn out to be a great purchase, I would not hesitate to buy from them again! I added a star to my rating for the excellent customer service. I love the color and look of this towel, but of the 15 or so Pestemal towels I own, this is probably my least favorite. It's soft, but the material is more like acrylic than cotton. The tag says it's 100% cotton, but it has a shiny, fluffy look and feel like an acrylic/polyester sweater. It dries well, but not much better. One side where the varnish is very dark, the edge is very hard and hard, I don't know why. To be honest, I think I got a bug. It's a nice size but smaller than the rest of my Turkish towels. Overall it is nice to look at and performs acceptably but I would not buy it again and I would be very disappointed if I hadn't bought it for such a great price.
