I was so excited to get it today after all those facebook videos about how amazing their wands are. It's all lies, I should have listened to others with bad reviews. Don't waste your time and money with this product! I sat there and seemed to be constantly pulling at my hair trying to curl it. Yes. It didn't happen, I curled my hair many times and it lasted several days. With this wand I twisted the curl and when I got to the other side of the hair the other curls were gone, looking like little bumps. My hair looked like I just woke up. I've burned my fingers twice and it's in a glove. Furthermore, the wand didn't even have a place to put it when not in use while grabbing the hair or lowering the wand. He just has to sit there and burn whatever you sit on him. Save everyone money and check out various curling irons and wands, Conair is better than that crap.
