When I first received them I noticed that they were stamped 'BREEZE' wore but the screw had a slight golden tint to it that suggested it was zinc or some other carbon steel coating.Then I checked it with a magnet - yes it was magnetic.But wait a little google research showed that some alloys SS can be "magnetic", especially 304 or 316 with "cold formed ./werkt" (meaning thread forming). I then did the salt water test, multiple immersions and salt water drying for 3-4 days with control samples one famous carbon steel bolt BREEZE never showed any sign of rust - the control samples clearly rusted Conclusion: I don't know what SS alloy is used in these clamps but it's definitely a stainless steel one yaw.
