I bought this one because it had 4 triggers. Instead of others who only have 2. Having 4 triggers / 6 fingers to hit the screen to do something takes your game to a whole new level. When you can do so much with just two fingers, adding 2 triggers/buttons is sure to help some. But this, this is the next level. SPECIAL OFFER! When charging your phone, go to a place where something will not fall if you drop it. Then take the phone and slide it one side up where the shutters are first. Then grab it with both hands at the same time like you would any controller and hold the phone steady with both thumbs on the other side. Grasp your fingers and pull the handles down with both hands until your phone slides in. You can then make any final side-to-side placement you want. I use a Galaxy Note 8. It holds up well. The side corners of my phone don't droop much on either side. I've heard people say the springs aren't holding their phone anymore, or something like that. I definitely wouldn't pull them any more than necessary. Or for no reason. You have to keep in mind that this is not an insanely expensive piece for professionals. Yes, the main body is made of lightweight plastic. But the triggers and shutters are metal. All dampers tip over and get out of the way. I wouldn't twist everything in a weird way either. But it's definitely worth the money in my opinion. Above all, if that's all you care about, keep the box. It should be enough for you. In addition, it is only screwed at the back. You can unscrew parts of the grip and put in stronger springs or re-stretch those springs when they no longer hold your phone. I just opened it to make sure before I say. It changed my cash on delivery game for the better!
