These are perfect bowls for ramen, salad, pasta or poké, or you can use them for sides! I ran one through the dishwasher and it came out fine. The other one I washed by hand and I decided to make a poké bowl in it. I like how clean and simple they are. They are quite large, which I think you could absolutely use them for veggies or rolls. It's just my husband and myself so bowls this size are more than enough for sides. You could easily use them to serve main dishes for 2 people and sides for larger families. I plan on using them often!
