New and as advertised.

Delivered quickly and new. I took it to a local locksmith and they programmed it for $100 including cutting the key and it works great. I ordered two of them from them. You need two keys for self-programming, I lost one. I programmed the second key myself according to the instructions in the manual and it works great. I highly recommend them and the keychain.
