The flexibility of the system is amazing, there are so many things that we could do within it! It's easy for new people to start using, I guess because everything has been thought through beforehand (even if some details might change). Some parts were not as intuitive or user friendly at first but this was probably due more to my lack than anything else. We used the software mainly for internal use such as our HR department and payroll departments. However now other teams have started doing similar workflows themselves which means they're able to adapt them too.
