Bought this dashcam for my car. It was a pretty straightforward installation even though I had never worked on any form of car installation before. I just followed the directions provided in a youtube video, and there are plenty of youtube videos on VanTrue products.The video and audio quality are good enough for me. However, I wish the back camera was a bit higher resolution than 1080p. But that's probably a higher price range I am talking about. You can see the license plates clearly in the videos of front and back-camera at both nighttime and daytime. However, if the car is a bit far ahead, the back-camera cannot see the license plate clearly.
