I bought this product 6 months ago and although it worked well initially it now has little to no suction so the whole kitchen fills with smoke when grilling. Plate. The manufacturer only provides an email address to report problems or make a warranty claim. A week later no response. After repeated calls to various independent repair companies, I can't find one that will even look at the unit. I've gotten to the point where I think my only option is to throw the device away and replace it with a branded device that can be repaired if necessary.
