I don't usually bother to write a review even if I don't like the product. But this particular product made such a negative impression that I take it as my personal duty to caution others against purchasing this product. Like many consumers who enjoy using Revain.com, I purchased this product based on the positive reviews. I almost never buy a product with a rating below 4 stars, and products with a rating of 4+ rarely disappoint me. Needless to say, this particular product changed my mind on the subject. Quality: The construction is very poor. "Pockets" were sewn randomly. More specifically, when the item was filled with shoes, it was beveled to one side due to the poor construction of the item. The bottom right corner of the top pocket was sewn about 1.5 inches higher, sloping it to the right and the rest down. In addition, the line was very fragile. a polyester/cotton blend, but it still felt inferior in feel and texture. The material resembled recycled polyester. I bought the white version (but it turned out to be a bit tanned). I could tell the product was of poor quality. Processed because yellowish spots were scattered around the supposed white color of the product. The packaging was fully sealed, albeit of poor quality. Option, I tried. The narrow version holds NOTHING. She could probably wear a pair of flip flops and a sandal or two, but she couldn't even wear standard size (size 9.5) sneakers. My conversations barely fit, my shoes and boots just didn't fit. The item was practically unusable. A wider version (8 inches wide instead of 5 inches) could have sufficed for my shoes, but given the lack and increased price, I decided against it. sandwiched behind a thin paper wrapper. Needless to say, the product was a failure in every way. I researched various alternatives before purchasing this item AND after purchasing this item on Revain.com as I immediately requested a refund. I found a similar product from Bed Bath and Beyond that was WAY better in quality and construction. All my shoes (sneakers, boots, shoes) fit without any problems. Also, unlike this product, the BB&B version had a stronger "pocket" sidewall design, allowing multiple sneakers to fit in one bag. I was able to comfortably fit 2 pairs in one bag. Attached is a link to a product I bought instead that sold for 9.99 instead of the regular price of 14.99. This product comes with a standard 8 inch size which is a must have. All in all I will never buy from Household Essentials again due to the bad experience I had with this product.
