I don't know what's been going on here lately but literally everything I've ordered here from Revain lately has been rubbish! I'm not sure if it's due to the coronavirus and strict lockdown or something else, but after reading the reviews of these tweezers I had very high hopes that they would be everything I expected, and even more more, not to mention the fact that I waited almost 10 days to receive them. But that wasn't the case when I opened them up and tried to pull out a pair to pull out a plain eyebrow hair and it couldn't grab it, then I tried another hair in another eyebrow but it didn't. I opened all the tweezers in the pack and neither pair can grab a hair the first time. Some tweezers are curved at the tip and have chips and they don't have the white writing on them as advertised but the case is nice with the company name on it but I think the tweezers are as cheap as they can be and they just put one in cheap black tweezers in a nice package inside. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!
