Samsung UN55HU8550F is a 55-inch 4K TV that weighs 40 pounds without the factory stand and is mounted on a Full Motion TV Sanus model OLF18-B1 on a 2 x 4 wooden frame with 24-inch centers. This TV is in a bedroom with a boy's lazy chair and a queen-size bed, so I set the TV's average height at 50 inches off the floor so our necks wouldn't hurt looking at the screen. Mounting bracket on a swing arm attached to the wall with a 2 step ladder, be careful. The two long parallel pivots on the swing arm have to be tightened with a 7/16" hex wrench and a small crescent wrench (or 9/16" socket wrench), mine were too tight. On my Samsung model, the 400mm x 400mm mounting screws were a little under an inch or 25mm, so I used 8m x 25mm mounting screws with an M8 metal washer with no spacers. The TV moves very smoothly, saves a lot of space and is the perfect height.
