Handles fall off - storage and organization

These aren't bad bags, other than the fact that the gray handles holding the lid Hold in place, never stay in place space. They fall off even if you don't use them. You can still carry them without the gray handles, but it's a shame they don't hold up even if you put them back in from time to time. Pockets are narrower at the bottom than at the top, so you need to organize things from smallest to largest. They fold well, but that's with light stuff in there. I won't order these, now I'm looking for others.
