These shoes are literally made of foam, so frankly they aren't strong enough for every workout. They are dangerous for the ankles everywhere. They are also undersized. I have 6.5 in most shoe brands but these were too small. As soon as I walked in, it seemed like my legs would slip out of them. I can't imagine if I tried gymnastics in it. I'm sad for trying to buy American, but I don't sacrifice my ankles for patriotism.
