Heavy-duty, painted white or powder-coated black - also easy to paint over.
Approximately 1/8 inch thick these are good strong inserts. They are also great for DIY projects and even as photo accessories for attaching jigs etc. The white plates had a pair of sharp ends and needed to be sanded down, the black ones are perfect.
