Review on 🏃 Graco FastAction Fold Jogger Travel System, Featuring FastAction Fold Jogging Stroller and SnugRide 35 Infant Car Seat in Gotham by Badpuppy Warton

I've spent over a month dealing with Graco Customer Service and I'm at the point where I'm done with it. The initial problem was with the base and its level indicator. The indicator should change color to show if the angle you are using is right for your child. Well, the indicator in my database has never changed, regardless of the base level. I contacted Graco Customer Service over the phone and the "dedicated technician" I contacted immediately requested a video of the problem without even allowing me to fully explain everything I was doing. Well after I emailed the video the conversations were all emailed so I could get proof and I'm glad I did as she claimed to give me options and advice over the phone give, but she may not have provided me with evidence of what she allegedly told me. Long story short, I tried to sort things out BEFORE my baby was born, but my baby just turned 1 month and this technology is still giving me excuses. She asked me to send them the base to check and they will send a replacement as soon as they get mine. Now how can I use a child seat without a base in my car? well, she doesn't care. I have asked for my email to be sent to their manager and I have requested information about the manager but I have not received it yet. I ended up with her and Graco Customer Service. I ended up having to buy another base, I'm waiting to see if it works or not. As for the stroller, it drives very well and smoothly. And the car seat itself is very beautiful.
