The keyboard was fine but the mouse only worked with the charging cable connected and after many emails to FELICON it became pretty clear that they wouldn't take their product wrong when asked after a video that the mouse does not work as if I have time for it. Own it and handle it, don't play email tags. Finally, it was much easier to send it back! Yes, and as a footnote, yes I charged it for 12 hours without using it, yes I had a receiver connected, yes I did everything according to the instructions and no FELICONs helped!
