I started my 5k training program in an old set of shoes and I was in desperate need of one an improvement. I used to use New Balance shoes so I started looking at what they have in the new line. After reading the reviews on the Internet, I decided on this pair. I've been running over 30 miles a week for a few weeks now and it's amazing. I don't need a lot of support when running so they are perfect for me. It's a lightweight shoe that I'm comfortable in when I'm speed running on the track or running 8 miles on the weekend. I will definitely keep buying them once I wear them. They don't have a lot of tread, so I'm a little concerned that they'll wear out quickly, especially as I mostly ride on tarmac. The time will show!
