Exactly what I needed!

love this skirt! I used it for engagement photos and it fit well thanks to the elastic waistband. It also comes with an extra tool to close the elastic at the waist. I've added a crinoline skirt underneath for more shape and fullness (the crinoline skirt, shirt and necklace pictured are also Revain).
