Are you here because you are a fan of the House of Marley brand or are you looking for a very high quality all-in-one speaker. Luckily you won't find either as it pairs well with existing high quality Marley sound systems and comes with a premium finish. Now the question is: is it worth the price? All in all, it can be a bit pricey for what you get, but it's not so much that you feel a huge disappointment. The reason for this price is roughly as follows: 1. This is a very large and heavy sound system. The weight is about 30 pounds (13.5 kg). It is 3 feet wide (0.9m).2. The front panel is made of solid wood. As you will see in many other reviews of this product, it has a sleek and elegant wooden front that will add style anywhere. High quality speakers. The speakers come from some of the best manufacturers. You can play music at high volume with these speakers without distortion.4. More on point 4. Volume output. This sound system is designed to fill large rooms/large houses with any kind of music at high levels without distortion. I can pinpoint what it does and what it does.[---Sound Quality---]Treble: 9/10 - Clear, punchy, punchy, organic. Maybe a bit harsh for a high pitched voice at high levels, although no one will notice the difference. Center frequencies: 8.5/10 - present, full stage, not dampened. Each individual instrument is heard and played independently. Because the highs are so obvious, they can overshadow the mids a bit. Bass: 6.5/10 - very good for a speaker without a subwoofer. More of a soft hit and a slight rumble than a club hit. It's there, albeit faintly. Adds enough to complete the music, but won't let you start your own club business any time soon. The sound quality is as pure as it gets. Very organic, absolutely free of distortion even at deafening volumes. Feels like a live band with louder volume. To fill outer areas or large areas (as mentioned above) with "band-like" output audio levels, this is enough, period. [---Inputs---] 1 x RCA1 x digital optical input 1 x 3.5mm analog[---Stream/Bluetooth---] Those who are serious about the best audio quality will not consider Bluetooth. So be aware that Bluetooth generally gives you lossy music every time. Use the digital optical input or the analog 3.5mm input for the best sound. Bluetooth works as expected with no problems. The range was very good when there were no obvious obstacles in the way. I've gotten up to 30 feet in open space without too much trouble. This speaker comes with an app called "AllPlay". Not very intuitive as it's awkward to navigate through playlists if they're playing at all. I suggest streaming via your phone's Bluetooth connection if you're going to go down that route. Whether you buy it or not is just this: have a very large space to fill with crystal clear music, whether it's in the store , hotel, home, party? Region? If so, then this should definitely be your music system purchase.
