I've been using it for about a week and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by this little machine! every product I've recently bought. Unscrew the base, remove the filter from the bag, throw it in, screw the base back on and you're done. Plug it in and get to work. Operation is simple and intuitive thanks to the top buttons. The size and weight allow you to move it to where you need it without taking up too much space. My bedside table measures 16" x 25" for spatial reference. There is a night light feature which I think looks neat at any time of the day. In terms of function, this cleaner gets the job done. If I put it in my room and close the door and come back in an hour or two, the air will be noticeably fresher. This summer has been very bad in my area with pollen and allergens and high humidity. Add to that a dog and I won't have the most restful sleep. Since I started running at night, I definitely feel better in the morning. I'm not going to say this machine is 100% the culprit as there are always multiple factors, but I haven't had a headache or a sore throat in the morning since I started using it so it was a HUGE plus for me. .My only knock that is subjective and not even a complaint is the noise level on the HIGH setting. Whisper Silence is fine for LOW and MEDIUM, but for HIGH it may be necessary to turn up the volume on the TV, for example. As another example, I wouldn't sleep with him on HIGH. A very minor point on the whole, but if you don't expect to hear anything since it works at a HIGH level, it won't. All in all it was great. Definitely intended for smaller spaces like bedrooms or home offices, but when used properly, it does the job perfectly.
