I purchased the Canvas Dance Shoes for my daughter who loves gymnastics and she absolutely loves them! She says they are so comfortable and flexible which is great for her when she is doing her routines. I also tried them on and I was surprised at how soft they felt on my feet. I have used them for my yoga classes and they have held up pretty well. The only downside to these shoes is that they don't have much arch support which might be a problem for people with flat feet. It would also be helpful if they came in half sizes as I had to order a size up for my daughter. Overall, these dance shoes are a great purchase for anyone looking for comfortable, flexible and affordable shoes for gymnastics, yoga or any exercises routine. I give them 4 stars out of 5!
