Both knives leave jagged edges. They bounce and bounce as you scrub the surface - tried both carrots and cucumbers before giving up. Very strange. I had a fine ceramic spatula for ten years before it finally broke, so I think I know how to use these damn things. Got her replacing it as I figured 2 would be good having a spare if one breaks. 2 times zero equals zero - I still need a good ceramic knife.
