real depression craft

I wish the packaging was more eco-friendly but it really helps with depressive episodes. I leave them next to me so my mouth is at least clean when I don't have the motivation to get up. Also, unsustainable packaging motivates me to get up and brush my teeth instead of wasting money. (Also the packaging allows you not to get up and throw away, you can just repack the used one as it stays separate from the new ones)
