After many emails and almost 2 months, the company did get back to me and sent a replacement pump, which has worked perfectly ever since.Installation was fairly straightforward.Ran the pump for about 20 minutes cleaning the deck, worked greatNext time out, started cleaning front of house. Pressure was pulsing and uneven. Tried shutting off, reattaching hoses, cleaning filter. screen, etc etc. continued to pulse for about 10 minutes and finally stopped building pressure.Contacted the customer service number, rings and rings nobody home. Emailed them, got one reply which I responded to then nothing. Radio silence. Was about 40 days after my order so I can’t return to ebay. What a lousy deal!Took the pump off and found that the coupling had split. Junk.
