For the money, you really can't beat this jewelry set. And I was worried that the balloon garland would be very difficult to install, but it wasn't that bad. We ordered a manual hand pump (although an electronic one would probably make things even easier). Once you learn how to insert balloons into the holes in the garland holder, the process goes pretty quickly. The two of us put it together in about an hour to 1.5 hours or so. We had a couple of balloons that fell out of the holder during transport but we were more or less able to put them back in and everything was fine. We didn't go for corrugated tapes, but if you plan on using them as shown in the set I highly recommend buying more from your local dollar store as they give very little in this set and the tapes will look pretty skimpy see me.
