It was a bit tricky to get the wheels set up properly so they stay put when I move the trunk. I like the telescoping handle and it rolls easily on level ground. But it was more difficult going up and down the stairs and getting in and out of the car with my 16 pound pet in it. The handle is on the "back” of the carrier and another strap handle is required on the opposite side to facilitate lifting of the carrier. The large wheels on the back of the carrier can make it easy to climb stairs without having to carry it around. I've only been to the vet once so we'll see how durable it is. I like the fact that the zipper can be opened in multiple places, making it easy to get the animal in and out.
