I may update this in a while but I've used it many times and so far it seems to be much more durable than the Conair which disappointed me so much (I wrote a review about it). I also like the metal finish of the barrel. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is because there are a few things I'd like to see, even if they might not be realistic in terms of production costs. For example, the hair gets stuck between the tip and the shaft (this also happens with the Conair) and I would have liked it if they could grab my hair ends (around the shaft) better, but that would probably require magic. Another issue is the size and width of the strand of hair. You always want to fluff up so that some hair falls out of the tips - so it's best to make small strands. what takes forever! Hot air combs will never achieve what an experienced barber can do, but they're still nice to have at home!
