As soon as I saw the item I said "Did I PAID for this?" It literally looks like an arts and crafts project so you can buy materials and make it yourself. Better yet, you can make hats for the whole party. The quality is terrible. Don't waste money. Legit has no idea why more people aren't talking about it in reviews. The reviews definitely let me down lol
