I bought it to wear under a motorcycle helmet on cold days (before frost). While it's one thing, it helps keep my neck and face warm (I wear a full-face modular helmet). The biggest problem with this is the seam in the middle of your forehead, with a big bump right in the middle of your forehead. If you put your helmet on incorrectly, you have an enormous pressure point. The last thing I had was a solid top with no seams and it fit much better. I will continue to use this one but am looking for a better one.
