I've just received my new Kodak Mini and was reading the tiny info sheet that came with it while it was charging. I was able to download the Kodak app and connect my phone to the printer. I have submitted my first sample image for printing. I then waited for the firmware update to complete and restarted the printer. He makes quite a bit of noise and states that he turns "yellow" with no visible movement. Nothing happened while the loud buzzing continued. Eventually I was told that he couldn't pick up the paper and press "Continue" to continue printing. I click OK because the Next option isn't available and it tries again. Multiple times. After several attempts, he suggests replacing the cartridge. A brand new printer that won't print. Update: I was able to get it working by purchasing a new cartridge. Customer service was pretty quick, answered an email one day to link it and turn it back on. I found that the printer works, but the original cartridge was defective. I was immediately sent a prepaid label to send in a working printer for repair. (Cartridges are not covered.)
