That I could have access from my cell phone which means I am not tied to one location just waiting on someone else order because it is taking too long that's for sure. If you do a lot of business via phone then this may be an issue but if you aren't doing as much in person at least check out the website before dismissing it or getting rid of the old ordering site. Do more business. We are currently experiencing problems processing credit cards online. It only happens occasionally so just keep trying or come in store! I love that we are able make it easier than ever before! My favorite is how easy our ordering process has become since implementing this system!! The only thing i dislike about chownow now was when my order arrived at work or home there wasn't always someone around who could open up/help me pick what items were needed from where - but other then thats great so far. !
