Review on RockShox Monarch Plus Rear Shock by Ron Turner

For a while, the shock was incredible. There was a knock/jam at the top of the stroke, which is very annoying. Sram/rockshox contacted. They said it's a possible warranty issue, but they don't deal directly with the consumer. I had to contact the official dealer. I have contacted the seller of this item to see if they can help with a warranty claim. No answer from them. Although it comes as a big shock, the seller's customer service seems non-existent. I just hope you don't have any problems with the product I guess?
