They look amazing, just what I wanted for my poison ivy costume but when I opened the package they smelled so bad. I left them open for 5 minutes and my whole apartment smelled. When I tell you I'm not exaggerating the magnitude of this smell, I mean it. it literally smells like the pungent odor of decay. in my whole apartment. I held the vine for less than a minute and my hands smelled disgusting. I don't know what to do to get her smell out. It is not worth! Edit: Ok I soaked them in a tub of water and laundry detergent, fabric softener and dish soap at dawn and as soon as they touched the water it turned green so it was just an excess of paint that they smelled. i let this sit for 10 minutes and then rinsed and drained and then did it again and let them soak for almost an hour and then rinsed twice and hung to dry and they smelled like fresh laundry.
