I used it for the first time today and my daughter was obsessed with it from the first second. The pacifier clips I use for her (another company) are somewhat similar in that they have silicone balls, so I think that's why she liked it. My husband wanted to put it on as he held her because he saw how much she loved it when I wore it lol. He put it on and it was pretty funny. This collar looks very pretty and I will not regret wearing it oddly as it can easily pass for a normal collar.
