I would say that this tool was pretty helpful when I tried it out. It was fairly easy to use, and did what I asked it to do. The only issue I had was that I could not figure out how to export my project into Google Earth, so I had to re-do it in ArcGIS Pro. Overall, it was useful for creating simple maps, and doing a little geospatial analysis. However, I didn't find any compelling reasons to pay the subscription fee compared to other free tools that can accomplish the same tasks. I think it's worth noting here that you don't actually see the whole map in your browser (it loads slowly). So if you're just trying to create something quickly like an overhead view of some data points or lines between them, then maybe this isn't the best choice for you. But there's lots of good information in it - and if you want more detail, it lets you click through each layer and get a closer look at those particular areas.
