The best feature of this software was its ability to create lead-gen content that converted into sales opportunities at extremely high levels! The program itself had some minor quirks but they were easily fixed through their customer support team. Very responsive & helpful techies who are always willing to help resolve any issues you may have with them (including billing!) We used it primarily as an automated email creation tool so all our emails can be generated from one centralized place instead of having several different tools scattered around.
