When it arrived the seal was already broken. It's meant to be kept at room temperature even after opening, so I wasn't afraid of spoiling it, which is why I made the bottle anyway. At the time, I didn't think of an intervention because I really wanted to implant it in my 2-week-old kitten. But in the end the kitty hated it and refused to eat it which is frustrating because it's better for his digestion so I had to run to the store and buy another keg of what he loves after I bought it . Don't blame the product for my kitty being fussy but on reflection I definitely wouldn't give it to him after seeing the seal is already broken. I'm almost glad he hated it and refused to eat because who knows what could be done.
