My daughter's orthodontic office recommended this product after her braces were removed. Apply a small amount every three nights, wear a retainer at night and you already know there is a big difference. A bit pricey but worth every red penny. So far there have been no problems with sensitivity to hot or cold food or drinks. Maybe because such a small amount is applied and it's not a daily frequency. Very happy with this product!
