The materials are not of good quality.
I bought it because it was a beautiful painting. However, the thread was not of very good quality. Some colors were thicker than others. I also had more than enough yarn for some colors, barely enough for others and ran out of 4. The support number is international because it is from Ukraine. I went to the website and found no information on how to purchase additional filament. I had to improvise with a thread from another manufacturer. I finished the part but wish I had wasted my time. I wouldn't show that. I will not be ordering from this company again.
